01 / A BETTER FIT

Your team shouldn’t be
the integration layer.

An estimate in one app. A schedule in another. Job costs in a spreadsheet. WorkForge helps connect the work between them—without forcing every business into the same template.

THE WORKFORGE DIFFERENCE

A reusable foundation.
A system made for you.

We start with your workflows, then scope the modules, integrations and custom features your business needs. Not every feature. The right features.

01 / UNDERSTAND

WorkForge Blueprint

Turn the way your business works into a clear plan for the system it needs.

Workflow and handoff mapping

Roles, data and integration requirements

Defined priorities, scope and build plan

Clarity before code.

02 / BUILD

WorkForge Custom OS

Bring the agreed workflows together in a branded system built around your people.

Configured modules and custom workflows

Connected records and scoped integrations

Testing, onboarding and rollout

Your operation, connected.

03 / KEEP IT WORKING

WorkForge Managed

Keep the system supported as your team, processes and business evolve.

Agreed hosting and maintenance services

Support and issue management

Separately scoped enhancements

A system that can grow with you.

Each engagement is scoped individually. Pricing, integrations, support coverage and delivery milestones are agreed before work begins.

02 / START WITH YOUR KIND OF BUSINESS

Industry knowledge.
Individual fit.

Five starting points for different kinds of work. Each brings relevant workflow building blocks; your Blueprint defines what the finished system should do.

01 / FIELD SERVICES

WorkForge Field

For landscaping, painting, maintenance and service businesses.

Leads → Estimates → Jobs → Crews → Closeout

Keep the handoff from sales to the field in view.

02 / CONSTRUCTION

WorkForge Build

For construction and project-based specialty contractors.

Estimate → Budget → Purchasing → Change orders

Design the system around project delivery and job costs.

03 / MATERIALS & LOGISTICS

WorkForge Supply

For aggregate, materials, distribution and logistics businesses.

Quote → Order → Dispatch → Ticket → Billing

Connect the order, delivery and reconciliation workflow.

04 / GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING

WorkForge Federal

For companies pursuing and delivering government contracts.

Opportunity → Bid decision → Proposal → Award

Organize requirements, sourcing and performance tracking.

05 / MULTI-COMPANY OPERATIONS

WorkForge Executive

For owners leading multiple businesses or locations.

Reporting → Initiatives → Decisions → Action

Bring portfolio priorities and authorized reporting together.

Your business doesn’t
fit one box?

That’s the point. We can combine relevant workflows and scope what makes your operation different.

Let’s talk through it

Models describe areas we can scope for a custom build—not five ready-made products with identical features. Federal workflow software does not replace your compliance review or professional advice.

03 / HOW WE GET THERE

Understand first.
Build with purpose.

No blank-check development project. We agree on the work, review it with your team and validate the important handoffs before rollout.

01

Map the work

Follow a real job, order or opportunity through your business. Identify the friction, repeated entry and decisions that need better information.

02

Define the system

Agree on workflows, roles, integrations, data migration and success criteria. Set clear priorities, pricing and milestones.

03

Build & validate

Review working sections together. Test the important paths, permissions and handoffs with controlled data before go-live.

04

Roll out & support

Prepare your team, agree on the cutover and support the system under the managed-service scope. Plan future improvements deliberately.

Keep the tools that
already do their job.

The goal isn’t to replace everything. We assess your accounting, email, calendar and other software, then define the connections that are feasible and useful. Permissions, provider support and testing come before any integration is called ready.

04 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
build anything.

A better system starts with a clear understanding of what you’re buying—and what you’re not.

Is WorkForge off-the-shelf software?

No. WorkForge builds made-to-order operating systems using a reusable foundation and industry workflow modules. Your company’s processes, roles, terminology and agreed requirements shape the finished system.

Do we have to replace all our current tools?

Not necessarily. The Blueprint identifies what should stay, what should connect and what needs to change. Integrations depend on the provider’s capabilities, available permissions and the agreed scope.

How are pricing and timelines determined?

By the work involved: workflows, integrations, data migration, user roles and custom requirements. We define scope, milestones and commercial terms before the build. Managed services and later enhancements are scoped separately.

Can the system use our branding and terminology?

Yes. Branding, business terminology, workflow stages and role-based views are part of the configuration discussed during the Blueprint. The aim is a system your team recognizes as its own.

What happens after the initial build?

WorkForge Managed provides the hosting, maintenance and support services set out in your agreement. New modules or substantial workflow changes become separately defined enhancements rather than an open-ended promise.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

A description of your business, the software you currently use and one workflow that creates friction. You don’t need a technical specification. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive customer records in an initial inquiry.

LET’S START WITH THE WORK

What would a better
workday look like?

Tell us where your team is getting stuck. We’ll talk through your operation, the tools you use and whether a WorkForge Blueprint is the right next step.
